7-Day Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
All tags, accessories, or freebies (if any) are returned with the product
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect the product:
A full refund of the product value will be issued
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–7 working days
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
You can either:
Arrange the return shipment yourself OR
Request us to arrange a pickup (charges will be deducted from your refund)
Non-Returnable Cases
We will not be able to accept returns if:
The product shows signs of usage or damage
Packaging or tags are missing
The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
