Return/Refund Policy

7-Day Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, or freebies (if any) are returned with the product

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect the product:

  • A full refund of the product value will be issued

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–7 working days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

  • You can either:

    • Arrange the return shipment yourself OR

    • Request us to arrange a pickup (charges will be deducted from your refund)

Non-Returnable Cases

We will not be able to accept returns if:

  • The product shows signs of usage or damage

  • Packaging or tags are missing

  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
